At Yanka’s Rudraksh Collection, we value your satisfaction. We take great care in quality-checking every product before it is shipped. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective product

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and you must provide proof (photo/video) of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email (sales@shopyourstyle.in), Phone, or WhatsApp at 075688 23170 for further assistance.
  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and clear photos or video of the product.
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or UPI/Bank Transfer

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for eligible issues), we will arrange for a replacement of the same product or offer a similar one of equal value.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
